UP BJP MLA Vinay Shakya quits occasion, eighth resignation in 3 days | India Information – Occasions of India

NEW DELHI: In one more jolt to the Bharatiya Janata Get together (BJP) in poll-bound Uttar pradesh, one other MLA Vinay Shakya give up the occasion on Thursday. He’s the eighth MLA to give up the BJP over the past three days.
In his resignation letter to the occasion, Shakya wrote, “Swami Prasad Maurya is the voice of the downtrodden and he’s our chief. I’m with him.”

This improvement comes days after Swami Prasad Maurya resigned from the Yogi Adityanath cupboard. He’ll be a part of the Samajwadi Get together on January 14.
“I will be joining the Samajwadi Party on January 14. I have not received calls from any small or big politician. If they were cautious on time and worked on public issues, then BJP would not have faced this,” Maurya instructed ANI on Wednesday.
Maurya, after resigning from the Yogi Adityanath-led cupboard on Tuesday, had alleged “gross neglect” by the BJP in the direction of Dalits, backward courses, farmers, unemployed youth and small merchants.
Earlier immediately, Dr Mukesh Verma, MLA from Shikohabad meeting constituency in UP’s Firozabad, esigned from the first membership of the occasion alleging ‘lack of respect’ by the federal government in the direction of backward courses and Dalits.
On Wednesday, Dara Singh Chauhan, who was the atmosphere and forest minister within the Yogi Adityanath cupboard, additionally resigned from the BJP. Chauhan had defected to BJP from BSP in 2015.
