Interpol Elects CBI Sp Director Praveen Sinha As Delegate For Asia On Its Govt Committee

New Delhi: Particular Director of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Praveen Sinha was elected as a delegate for Asia on the Govt Committee of the Worldwide Legal Police Group (INTERPOL) on Wednesday. 

Official sources near information company PTI mentioned that Sinha, an Indian candidate emerged victorious in a troublesome election that noticed contestants from China, Singapore, the Republic of Korea and Jordan vying for 2 posts within the elite panel. 

The elections have been held in Istanbul, Turkey in the course of the ongoing 89th INTERPOL Basic Meeting.
